If you are attending an event, seminar, workshop, or training session at Cultivate Power and you are not already a current member, please complete our liability waiver before stepping on the mats.

You can sign it now to save time at check-in and avoid having to complete it when you arrive. Current CPFA members who already have a waiver on file do not need to complete another one.
